Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Temple is "the marketing machine" behind the success of the listings which he and Kerstin sell.
Educated at Yale, Temple spent many years as a journalist and editor (for a daily newspaper in New York City, an international news magazine in Africa during the 1960s, and The Readers Digest in the 1970s). He was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 1965 for a 7-day, front-page story in the New York World Telegram & Sun on the New York City Transit Police.
He was a copywriter and Creative Director at |
some of the largest advertising agencies in the world, including Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather. He was the President of the US office of the largest business-to-business marketing consultancy in the world, Anderson & Lembke.
He developed creative marketing software for personal computers in the mid-1980s. This led to the company he owned becoming a principal contractor at IBM's multimedia laboratory in New York. The company was later incorporated into IBM’s ongoing operations.
In the mid-1990s, Temple developed the Accelerated Sales program at the 2nd |

largest real estate broker in Boca Raton.
He later became the Principal Broker at Accelerated Realty Sales, and the driving force behind the Real Estate Marketing Corp of America.
He has sold millions and millions of dollars worth of homes in Boca. |
